Are there transaction fees?
Yes. However, the fees only apply to suppliers on the platform (buyers are not charged a transaction fee) and the amount you are charged for a transaction depends on the transaction value. Click here to see the transaction fee schedule.
Do I have to sign a long-term
contract?
No. iOPharma™ is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long-term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yep. Simply click on the "Account" tab when you're on the iOPharma™ platform homepage and you'll see your options. Compare plans
What if I have questions before I sign up for a plan?
If you have questions about iOPharma™ or the sign up process simply click on the "Let's Talk" button at the bottom of this page (and every other page) on this website and we'll be glad to answer any questions you may have. Alternatively, you can also submit a support request through our "contact" page and we'll get back to you within 24hrs.
Is my data safe and secure using the iOPharma™ platform?
Our state-of-the-art servers are protected by advanced firewall technology and 24-hour surveillance. Our product software and infrastructure is updated regularly with the latest security patches. Our network is protected by an enterprise-class firewall and all iOPharma™ plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe. For corporate users we provide our users with biometric authentication and encryption devices for transactions where a high level of person-to-person confidentiality is required.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
