Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

iOPharma™ is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long-term contracts or commitments on your part. You can choose to pay month-to-month; if you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again, or pay in one simple and convenient discounted annual amount.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Simply click on the "Account" tab when you're on the iOPharma™ platform homepage and you'll see your options.Compare plans

What if I have questions before I sign up for a plan?

If you have questions about iOPharma™ or the sign up process simply click on the "Let's Talk" button at the bottom of this page (and every other page) on this website and we'll be glad to answer any questions you may have. Alternatively, you can also submit a support request through our "contact" page and we'll get back to you within 24hrs.

Is my data safe and secure using the iOPharma™ platform?

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express and you can make the payment online or over the phone to one of our support desk operators.  For annual payments only, you can choose to pay by electronic bank transfer; when you make that choice you will receive an online invoice from us to pay against.  Your account will be activated the moment we receive cleared funds in our account.
