Indian Pharma Standards Not In Sync With Global Regulations

D.G. Shah, Secretary General at the Indian Pharmaceutical Alliance, says changing standards are no excuse for pharma companies not to rise to that level. The companies need a culture change across the organization if they want to export products to the US, he says. Indian standards are very different from global levels due to political reasons, he says, adding that the government has to take a call on this at some point of time.
